4. Use of Google AdWords Conversion Tracking
hifi12a used on its website the online advertising program Google AdWords, which allows evaluation of visiting actions using conversion tracking. Google AdWords Conversion Tracking is an analytics service provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; "Google"). Google AdWords sets a cookie on your computer ("conversion cookie") when you visit our website via an ad served by Google. These cookies have a limited validity and are not for personal identification. If you visit certain pages on our website and the cookie has not expired, we and Google may recognize that you have clicked on the ad and have been redirected to our site.

Each AdWords advertiser gets a different cookie. Cookies can therefore not be tracked through the websites of AdWords advertisers. The information obtained through the conversion cookie is used to generate conversion statistics for AdWords advertisers. As an AdWords advertiser, this tells us the total number of users who clicked on one of our ads and were redirected to a conversion tracking tag page. However, we do not receive any information that personally identifies users. Data processing takes place on the legal basis of Art. 6 para.1 sentence f) (legitimate interest) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR). This will allow your computer to be recognized when you return to our website. These cookies are deleted after you close your browser. They serve, for example, that you can use the shopping cart function across several pages.

When you contact us (eg via contact form or e-mail), we process your data for the processing of the request as well as for the case that follow-up questions arise. If the data processing takes place for the execution of pre-contractual measures, which take place upon your request, or, if you are already our customer, for the execution of the contract, the legal basis for this data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 b) GDPR.

We process further personal data only if you consent to it (Art. 6  para. 1 sentence 1 a) GDPR) or we have a legitimate interest in the processing of your data (Article 6 para 1 sentence 1 f) GDPR). A legitimate interest is for example responding to your email.

Only after registration has been completed, we will permanently store the data transmitted by you in our system.

You can have a once created user account deleted from us at any time, without any costs other than the transmission costs according to the basic rates. A communication in writing to the contact details mentioned in point 11 (eg e-mail, fax, letter) is sufficient. We will then delete your stored personal data, as far as we do not have to save them for the processing of orders or due to legal storage requirements.

The legal basis for the processing of this data is your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para 1 sentence 1 a) GDPR.

We collect from you only the data necessary for the execution of the order and the execution of the contract unless you would like to take advantage of additional services. It will be ensured that all data collected is collected, stored, used and processed only in a legally permissible manner.

8. Right to information, correction, blocking and deletion of data
Upon request, we will give you free of charge information about the data stored about you, about its origin, about the recipients and about the purpose of the storage.
