These plug-ins are used to provide different functions whose scope and object are determined by the social network operators. To better protect your personal data, we use a 2-click procedure. By pressing the button located directly next to the relevant plug-in, you can activate the plug-in. It is activated when the colour of the button of the plug-in switches from grey to another colour. a) Facebook plug-ins
Plug-ins from the social network Facebook, 1601 South California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA, are integrated into our sites. You can recognize the Facebook plug-ins by the Facebook logo or the “like button” on our site. You can find an overview of the Facebook plug-ins here: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/. If you activate the plug-in, it will create a direct connection between your browser and Facebook’s server. As a result, Facebook receives the information that you used your IP address to visit our site. If you click the Facebook “like button” while logged into your Facebook account, you can refer to content on our website in your Facebook profile.
We would like to note that we, as site operators, receive no knowledge of the content of the data passed on or its use on the part of Facebook and that we bear no responsibility for data processing performed by Facebook. 4. Use of Google AdWords Conversion Tracking
hifi12a used on its website the online advertising program Google AdWords, which allows evaluation of visiting actions using conversion tracking. Google AdWords Conversion Tracking is an analytics service provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; "Google"). Google AdWords sets a cookie on your computer ("conversion cookie") when you visit our website via an ad served by Google. These cookies have a limited validity and are not for personal identification. If you visit certain pages on our website and the cookie has not expired, we and Google may recognize that you have clicked on the ad and have been redirected to our site.
Each AdWords advertiser gets a different cookie. Cookies can therefore not be tracked through the websites of AdWords advertisers. The information obtained through the conversion cookie is used to generate conversion statistics for AdWords advertisers. As an AdWords advertiser, this tells us the total number of users who clicked on one of our ads and were redirected to a conversion tracking tag page. However, we do not receive any information that personally identifies users. Data processing takes place on the legal basis of Art. 6 para.1 sentence f) (legitimate interest) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR). Our legitimate interest is in targeted advertising and analysis of the impact and efficiency of this advertising.
If you do not want to participate in the tracking process, you can also opt out of setting a cookie - e.g. via browser setting that generally disables the automatic setting of cookies. Please note that not all features of this website may be fully exploitable due to the rejection. You can also opt out of personalized ads in Google Ads Settings. For instructions, see https://support.google.com/ads/answer/2662922?hl=en. In addition, you may disable the use of third-party cookies by visiting the Network Advertising Initiative deactivation page at https://www.networkadvertising.org/choices/ and implementing the opt-out information listed there.
We use so-called session cookies to optimize our website. A session cookie is a small text file that is sent from the respective servers when you visit a website and stored on your hard drive. As such, this file contains a so-called session ID, with which various requests from your browser can be assigned to the shared session. This will allow your computer to be recognized when you return to our website. These cookies are deleted after you close your browser. They serve, for example, that you can use the shopping cart function across several pages.
We use persistent cookies to a lesser extent (also small text files that are stored on your device) that remain on your device and allow us to recognize your browser the next time you visit. These cookies are stored on your hard drive and delete themselves after the given time. Their lifespan is 1 month to 10 years. So we can present our offer more user-friendly, effective and safe and to show you, for example, specifically tailored to your interests on the side.
The cookies store, for example, the following data and information:
- Log-in information
- Language settings
- entered search terms
- Information about the number of visits to our website and use of individual features of our website.
If the cookie is activated, it will be assigned an identification number and no assignment of your personal data to this identification number will be made. Your name, IP address or similar data that would allow the cookie to be associated with you will not be included in the cookie. Based on the cookie technology, we only receive pseudonymous information, for example, which pages of our shop were visited, which products were viewed, etc.
Your browser settings allow you to reject cookies, delete cookies from your computer, block cookies or being asked before setting a cookie. However, we would like to point out that in this case not all features of this website may be fully exploited.
6. Use of your e-mail address/Contact form

If the data processing takes place for the execution of pre-contractual measures, which take place upon your request, or, if you are already our customer, for the execution of the contract, the legal basis for this data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 b) GDPR.
We process further personal data only if you consent to it (Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 a) GDPR) or we have a legitimate interest in the processing of your data (Article 6 para 1 sentence 1 f) GDPR). A legitimate interest is for example responding to your email.
We use your e-mail address to complete a registration process on our pages via a confirmation e-mail and to send you confirmation e-mails about the orders you have placed. For the transmission of our newsletter or other offers that are of interest to you, we only use your e-mail address if you have given us your consent. 7. Online orders/User account
You can create a user account on our website. If you wish this, we need the personal data requested during the login. Later logins will only require your email or username and the password you have chosen. For the new registration we collect master data (eg name, address), communication data (eg e-mail address) and payment data (bank details) as well as access data (user name and password). In order to ensure your proper registration and to prevent unauthorized log-ins by third parties, you will receive an activation link by e-mail after your registration in order to activate your account. Only after registration has been completed, we will permanently store the data transmitted by you in our system.
You can have a once created user account deleted from us at any time, without any costs other than the transmission costs according to the basic rates. A communication in writing to the contact details mentioned in point 11 (eg e-mail, fax, letter) is sufficient. We will then delete your stored personal data, as far as we do not have to save them for the processing of orders or due to legal storage requirements.
The legal basis for the processing of this data is your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para 1 sentence 1 a) GDPR.
We collect from you only the data necessary for the execution of the order and the execution of the contract unless you would like to take advantage of additional services. It will be ensured that all data collected is collected, stored, used and processed only in a legally permissible manner.
8. Right to information, correction, blocking and deletion of data
Upon request, we will give you free of charge information about the data stored about you, about its origin, about the recipients and about the purpose of the storage. The information can be obtained under the contact details below. If the legal requirements are met, you have the right to correct, block or delete this data. Please also contact the contact address below. In addition, hifi12a will delete or block data that is no longer needed according to the requirements of laws and authorities.
9. Data security
We make every effort to ensure the security of your data within the framework of applicable data protection laws and technical possibilities. Your personal data will be transmitted encrypted with us. This applies to your orders and also to the customer login. We use the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) coding system, but point out that data transmission over the Internet (for example, when communicating by e-mail) may have security vulnerabilities. A complete protection of the data from access by third parties is not possible. To safeguard your data, we maintain technical and organizational security measures in accordance with Art. 32 GDPR, which we always adapt to state-of-the-art technology.
We also do not warrant that our offer will be available at specific times. Disturbances, interruptions or failures can not be excluded. The servers we use are regularly backed up carefully.
10. External links
If we point or link from our website to the websites of third parties, we can not guarantee and assume no liability for the accuracy or completeness of the content and the security of these websites. We do not have any influence on the observance of data protection regulations by third parties, therefore you should check separately the privacy statements offered. Please note that data transmission over the Internet (for example, when communicating by e-mail) may have security vulnerabilities. A complete protection of the data from access by third parties is not possible.
11. Right of objection and cancellation
You have the right to object to lawful processing of your personal data by us and to revoke any consent given to us if this is based on your particular situation and our interests in processing do not prevail.
You have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 e) or f) GDPR for reasons arising from your particular situation.
