Mutec MC1.2+ | USB, AES/EBU, S/PDIF format converter

Excellent, bidirectional PCM audio format converter and signal distributor. The MC1.2+ enables bidirectional and simultaneous conversion between USB-audio streams and AES3, AES3id and S/PDIF signal formats up to 192kHz. The unit can be powered either via the integrated power supply as well as via the USB interface and thus allows mobile use.

Audio streams received at the USB interface are generally converted to all other PCM audio outputs at the same time, which allows several receivers to be connected to a computer. If one of the PCM audio inputs is selected, the signal is not only output to all digital audio interfaces, but is also converted into a USB audio stream and sent to the computer. Both signal paths can be used simultaneously - provided they have the same clock speed.
