Open reference headphones in excellent workmanship. The top model from Audio-Technica is equipped with two 58mm drivers and rigid, tungsten-coated membrane surfaces for perfect impulse response. The ADX5000's ear cushions and headband are covered with Alcantara and, in combination with the lightweight and sturdy magnesium frame/headband, provide excellent wearing comfort for extra long listening pleasure. The headphones are a prime example of Japanese precision craftsmanship: The special housing (stamped honeycomb structure) is carefully handcrafted in Tokyo, the individual serial number is applied in laser technology. Included a luxurious transport case and a high-quality 6NOFC cable with milled 6.3 mm jack plug.
