Derek Hughes' revision of the original Rogers AB-1 bass extension for the Stirling Broadcast BBC LS3/5a V2 near-field monitor. In combination with the AB-2, the LS3/5a V2 retains its essential musical character, but offers a wider playback range - especially for orchestral works or modern forms of music that require fast bass handling. The AB-2 operates up to 125Hz, from this frequency the LS3/5a V2 is coupled. Can also be used for other LS3/5a versions.
